Dr Vasanti Vaze
Co-founder
Dr. Vasanti Vaze, MD, co-founder of Doctor++, is a distinguished professional in the field of healthcare, boasting over 30 years of extensive experience. She holds an MBBS and MD degrees from Government Medical College (GMC) Nagpur, India. Her journey began in the Indian Air Force, where she spent a decade honing her skills in diagnostic services, healthcare delivery, and hospital operations management. Following her tenure in the Air Force, Dr. Vaze ventured into entrepreneurship, founding and leading a healthcare company for over 15 years, punctuated by a significant role in a corporate hospital.
Although specialized in Pathology, Dr. Vaze’s passion extends to practicing General Medicine, an area that she finds personally fulfilling. Her diverse medical expertise is complemented by her enthusiasm for aviation, with notable exposure to Aviation Medicine and Aviation Pathology. This unique combination of skills underscores her ability as a keen planner, strategist, and team builder.
At Doctor++, Dr Vaze plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors with her extensive experience in geriatric medicine. Her approach is a blend of cutting-edge medical knowledge and a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional facets of eldercare. Manish Katyan, the co-founder of Doctor++, is a visionary engineering leader and seasoned entrepreneur with an impressive track record in tech-driven innovation. He holds an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a blend that has fueled his ability to meld strategic product vision with advanced technological solutions.
Manish’s entrepreneurial journey is distinguished by two successful exits – AdmissionTable.com and HigherEdLab.com.
At AdmissionTable.com, he was the architect behind an AI-powered admission counseling bot, a groundbreaking tool that garnered attention from USA News and World Report. This bot skillfully assisted students in selecting the right schools for their Master’s programs based on personalized criteria such as profile, budget, and career aspirations.
At HigherEdLab.com, he developed AI-powered quizzes and real-time speech-to-speech translation products, which were crucial in enhancing student engagement in online classrooms, showcasing Manish’s knack for creating solutions that address specific user needs effectively.
